About Me

Biography & Credentials

I began my journey in sex and intimacy coaching because I had an innate desire to understand and figure out my own sexuality and desires, as well as how to engage with others sexually and relationally in a healthy, authentic way. It was a struggle because we typically do not receive any guidance or support around on how to discover or accept our desires and how to relate to others sexually or emotionally. In fact, most of us are silenced or discouraged from speaking about anything related to sex. Being true to myself has always been and still is very important to me, and my drive to find myself has led me to explore a wide variety of relationship structures from monogamy to polyamory and various sexual experiences including kink and BDSM.

My coaching work is informed by my varied education and trainings surrounding sex, relationships and psychology, but most importantly, I draw upon my rich and diverse life experiences which give me genuine perspective (beyond the academic) on the struggles and challenges of navigating sex and relationships.

I believe that silencing the noise of negative cultural messages and sexual shame in order to truly figure out what works for each individual is crucial to mental and physical well-being and overall quality of life. I bring openness, non-judgment, compassion, warmth, and a fun, lighthearted energy to sessions. I offer a refreshingly straightforward and approachable communication style that puts people at ease and allows them to feel safe to open up.

I occasionally speak on the topic of sexuality, and have spoken at Stanford University and the Center for Sex and Culture in San Francisco.
